Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate provided by the carrier.

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment details will be sent after your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
